The provision provides that "the activities of catering services (including bars, pubs, restaurants, ice cream parlors, pastry shops) are allowed from 5.00 to 24.00 with consumption at the table, and with a maximum of six people per table, and until 18.00 in the absence of consumption at the table. Catering with home delivery is always allowed in compliance with the hygienic-sanitary rules for both packaging and transport activities, as well as, up to 24.00, catering with take-away, with a ban on consumption on site or nearby. The activities of the canteens and continuous catering on a contractual basis continue to be allowed, guaranteeing an interpersonal safety distance of at least one meter ". However, "food and beverage outlets in the service and refueling areas along the motorways remain open". It is mandatory for exhibitors to display a sign at the entrance to the venue stating the maximum number of people admitted to the venue at the same time, based on the protocols and guidelines in force.

As regards access to the classrooms, a further "modulation" of the management of pupils' entry and exit times is envisaged, "also through the possible use of afternoon shifts and providing that entry does not take place in any case before 9.00. In order to guarantee the proportionality and adequacy of the measures adopted, the periodic holding of regional and local coordination meetings is promoted ”.
WHAT THE DPCM SAYS ABOUT THE UNIVERSITY
"Universities", foresees the Dpcm, "after consulting the Regional University Committee of reference, prepare, based on the progress of the epidemiological framework, plans for the organization of teaching and curricular activities in the presence and at a distance according to the training needs, taking into account the 'evolution of the territorial pandemic framework and of the corresponding health security needs ”.
