PUBLIC SUBSIDIES TO THE CL
As reported in its social report, the Meeting Foundation, as a third sector entity "makes use of grants and contributions from public administrations and other entities referred to by Law No. 124 of 4 August 2017". Public contributions for 2022 have been limited to those of the Emilia-Romagna Region, which has disbursed 30 thousand euros.
THE PUBLIC FUNDS OF 2021
It had gone better in 2021 when the Foundation had received 25 thousand euros from the Liguria Region, around 142 thousand euros as Covid refreshments from the Revenue Agency and another 94 thousand euros, always under the force of Covid refreshments by the Ministry of Tourism. The Rimini meeting is also financed through the collection of 5×1000 . Investing in the Rimini meeting pays off. The Meeting Foundation, as reported in its social report, states that during 2022 it generated economic value of 6,639,048 Euros. “This generated value was sufficient to cover all expenses incurred during the year (distributed value equal to 6,494,503 Euros) – reads the financial statements -, as well as depreciation, despite a slightly negative operating result. The value generated was used to cover expenses towards suppliers, to cover expenses towards lenders and the Public Administration and for compensation due to personnel".
